Trying out some new stamps

Bought some new stamps, and just had to use them right away!  So I made this card.

I think the paper I used really adds to the whole theme!

Clean and Simple 2 Online Card Class Day 5

Tried embossing in white, and then using my distress inks to blend together for the background.  Not too bad for a first attempt.  Next time I will only do a little of the green, towards the bottom.

The sentiment is also embossed, on the same apple green card stock as the base card.It is popped up.

I'm also thinking of just embossing the stamp design directly on the card base, and just coloring in the chair and umbrella.  Maybe tomorrow.
